Poignant ATC Transmission-

During the recent Poppy Drop flight by the B.B.M.F. Lancaster over London as part of the Bomber Command Memorial dedication Sqn. Ldr. Russ Russell contacted air traffic control and informed them that they had "10 P.O.B. with 55573 souls"-a more poignant transmission would be hard to imagine.
