Heading towards Strumble possibly for Luton, flight ID N24JR.

GAS and Airframes have this as a C182 but at 41,000 feet I'm not convinced nor watching the speed it's tracking across the screen.  Possibly a GLF4?

FAA website has "N-Number Change".
