Laptop recommendation to load Basestation

Could I please seek advice on the best Laptop/operating system  recommended to load Basestation ......in need of a desperate PC upgrade formally windows 7

BaseStation isn't a PC resource demanding application.

Remember, it's 15 years old!

I would expect a new Windows laptop to run it with no issues.  But get as much memory as you can afford, just in case you go mad with Operator Logos.

I'm currently running BaseStation on Windows 10.
