Just departed White Waltham, flight ID HAYAN?

Hi. I am a couple of miles from White Waltham and have been picking that up since June last year. I have assumed it is HA-YAN Yak-18T s/n 222 but I have not been able to confirm it.

Has it always been displaying positional data?

Looking at my old sqbs when I picked it up last year in June it was showing positional data, didn't pick it up again until May this year when it also gave postional data, today is only the third time I have picked it up.
