Hi Anmer / pipo

I've just done another repair on an old sqb file what i don't use and yes i am in agreement now
since i had an update on sqlite it wipes it clean so i am guessing there is something in the programme sqlite
can not manage or doesn't like, and it looks like something to do with the cells.

I think Pipo, i would cut my loss and start again with a brand new sqb file.

Regards

Using the same version of SQLite, I was able to succesfully "repair" two sqb files.  SabreJV's routine worked and created a new, populated BaseStation.sqb file.

It was only Pipo's sqb that had a problem.  I'm guessing SabreJV's routine won't work with a badly corrupted sqb file.

Where can i find the SQLite version SabreJV is using in his routine? Maybe i can test that on a my SQB file, if it wont work, i will cry my heart out and save my old SQB and start from 0... :( :( :(

I used SQLite on your sqb file.  It's a later version of the one SabreJV used and worked OK on two, uncorrupted sqb files.

Please read my earlier post:

Maybe find an SQL forum and ask for help there?

When i want to start from 0, i just need to delete only BaseStation.sqb file? Or also other files?

To start with an empty BaseStation.sqb file, either rename the existing one or delete it.

BUT......

Beware the Virtual Store.  You need to work on the "active" sqb file.

Yes, BaseStation shouldn't be using the VirtualStore for your installation.

I can't see a previous message in this thread that relates to this comment?

If it were a Personal Message it might be better to continue any discussion using PM.

It helps if others can follow what's going on in a topic thread.  Interspersing PM content in an open forum message thread causes confusion.
