Airframes.org has an airlines search engine that exactly does what you ask. Look on the left side for 'Airlines'.

I use Roger House's excellent site:

http://www.avcodes.co.uk/airlcodesearch.asp

It should give you what you need.  Ther are options for current and historical records.

The most official source would be ICAO DOC8585. This document usually isn't publicly available, but a quick google search returned this version from October 2017:
http://www.carsamma.decea.gov.br/cms/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/DOC8585_182-orig.pdf

Starting from page 205 you can find the list of active three-letter-codes with operators.

Additionally, there is this Eurocontrol page https://www.eurocontrol.int/rmalive/operatorList.do which lists operators/codes and their aircraft.

Hi

The FAA publishes a pdf of the ICAO operator codes that is updated every few months. The latest one is dated 10 September 2020. Go to:

https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/publications/

and download JO 7340.2K Contractions.

The FAA document is great because they list changes, so it's easier to stay on top of things.

Great resource.
