Welcome.

Operator logos and silhouettes (.bmp files) are stored in the BaseStation -> OperatorFlags folder.

Do you see them there?

To remove them, either delete the files using Windows Explorer, or rename the folder, for example OperatorFlagsOld.  Then create a new, empty folder - "OperatorFlags" and install the files you now wish to use.

There is a Guide here:

Or just go to where your operator logo file is in Basestation, open it and highlight the lot by keeping your finger on the left click on your mouse dragging it down the page until all highlighted and then right click so the box pops up and click on delete.
Then put your new flags into that folder.

I suspect BaseStation is being launched from a different location.

If you launch Basestation from a desktop shortcut, right mouse click to view the shortcut Properties.

What do you see under Target?

I Think Ive sorted it, had to use the Active Display Lite to find out where the flags had been sent, and theres a utility to remove them on it ( glad i back up a copy )
