Being reported as IAI Gulfstream 280 c/n 2005 on the Yahoo Mode_S Group. This picture is 2009 and 4X-CVI is a test reg that has been used by other aircraft before.

It went directly overhead but there was two tons of cloud beneath it.

GAS appears to have updated its databse since earlier this afternoon. though Airframes hasn't.
