Looking for advice as to how to restore my screen to normal size, will explain, I have been having problems with mouse/mat not contacting properly due to mat wear, today I was about to click on a new aircraft that had come up on screen to fill out the details and somehow the mouse instead of being on the appropriate box was I guess somewhere on the top line of the screen and as I have clicked on the button the screen has minimized itself with base station still running. On clicking on the Icon on the Taskbar nothing happens, also right clicking on the app only brings up the app or pin to task bar and close options. Any suggestions as to how to restore the full screen would be appreciated. The programme is working normally as I run AD Lite to be able to update my SQB file and fill in any that I might miss with Reporter manually at a later time, sorry for going on but probably there is a simple remedy which being only partly computer literate i'm not aware of, Cheers, Robin

Hi Robin,

If just left clicking on the icon on the task bar doesn't bring it back, then try minimising all windows - windows key + D

Then shift right click on the basestation icon on the task bar. You should see an option to 'restore' - try that.

Or if Tim's suggestion doesn't work, left click the Basestation icon on the taskbar and select "Close Window".  This will shut Basestation down.  Then launch Basestation again (via Start menu or desktop shortcut) and it shouldn't be minimised.

Hi Robin

BaseStation itself doesn't have an option to minimise the screen.  Windows does that, as Tim has explained.

However, if the BaseStation screen has been reduced in size, closing it and restarting it will retain the reduced screen size.  These settings are stored in the Basestation.ini file under [MainForm].

Hopefully it was a Windows minimisation and the other suggestions have resolved it for you.  If not, please report back here and we'll take it further.

Thanks for the help/advice but neither solutions have worked so bit the bullet and reloaded and now going through the process of activating the various additions, side views etc which I have long forgotten how to do via Bones tutorials!!! Thanks once again,

Sorry to hear that.  If you'd got back beforehand I could have suggested some other options.

Hopefully you'll be back up and running again.  If you need help with any of the add-ons, please ask.
