Hex 111111

Have the above mentioned Hexcode on a regular basis within the list but this is obviously a miscode of something.
Does anyone have a clue on the proper ID for this one?

Over NI at 1800 ft and landing at Northolt. I can guess what that is. Grey with 2 engines!
