Good evening!, we are from Ukraine))) Does anyone have a software (or plugins for SDRUno or SDRSharp) to read the uvd 740 mhz response? (Russian analogue of ADSB)

Take a look here  https://rtl1090.com/ for "RTL-UVD".

Says 740 Mhz.
