It's the A320 NEO called "Guacamayo" REG CC-AWZ. It seems that this plane is for Jetsmart Colombia.

Hello Mal, hope you are well.

Your latest requests posted in New Logos - Paulm's Logos and in the Gallery. I have done 2 logo's for CC-AWZ one with Chile flag and the second with Colombia flag. When or if the aircraft gets transferred to Colombia then the registration will likely change and you can easily change the Colombia logo to the new registration.
