New squawk allocations?

There appear to be massive reallocations of squawks since yesterday. I see flights coming in from Copenhagen that carry ranges like 05xx, 17xx, 34xx, 35xx, 47xx, never seen before. Also flights from Poland come in with this.

Also codes that would be usually assigned exclusively by Maastricht 07xx and 350x-3x are getting in from Copenhagen.

Is this an outcome of CCAMS now? Anybody has more insight or data? (I am surrounded by CCAMS FIRs)
