Florida helicopter pilot charged with harassing protected birds after landing on shorebird nesting site.

Pilot smelled fuel and made emergency landing. No radio call didn't get out and check for a fuel leak yet passenger got out and took photos of birds. I'd call this pilot a liar. Idiots like this shouldn't be allowed to fly.
