BaseStation CRASHED !

Hi All
          I'm starting give up. Last night base station radar window was all black. So closed down rebooted computer.

started BS that loaded,  AD-lite loaded, then FD nothing. tried again it just flashed and nothing ?. clicked on Setting in BS and every thing frozen.

So this morning I deleted all 4 program ( bye uninstalling ) restarted computer.
reloaded BS, SBS resources, Flight Display will not load. Application cannot be started contact vendor.

So started BS and press setting and this happened ( attachment )

Any ideas before I delete all again.

Is there some hidden files, when you do an uninstall, I know about Kinetic folder I removed that, but no knowing about any other folders or files.

HELP !!!!!.

Has this a few times as well.. Normally i close BS through task manager (crash it) then restart and it goes ok after that..I have never gone as far as reinstalling the programs though..

Just crash and go...

There are no registry entries for Basestation and as Smudger has pointed out, there is no need to remove and reinstall the program.

The error message is often caused if some other program is accessing the database and block Basestation or the database is corrupted.

I've had this problem at least 10+ times a day. After renaming the sqb file and starting a new sqb file which has been running for a couple of months the error has never re-occured.

If an error as occurred as below, I don't know how. All I know Base station is not working and I can not load FP.

So What I'm asking when I uninstall all the programs Base Station / SBS resources / Aircraft Display-lite / BS-aircraftlistconfigurer .

Is there any hidden file that should be deleted in some other place on the computer.

Looking forward to any reply.
