Any idea what the maximum altitude for VRS is. I have a NASA U2 that I see at 60,000' on a regular basis. I know they can fly higher and was wondering if VRS is limited to only 60,000'. Looked online but couldn't find what I was looking for answer wise.

Thanks,

Mac

Did a little more checking and the NASA U2 flight profile was 65,000' so VRS won't see anything above 60,000' is my guess.

I don't think VRS has a absolute maximum altitude.  Not sure why it would.  What makes you think it does?

I have a NASA U-2 that flies in this area once or twice a month. I never see it higher than 60,000ft.
I reached out to a friend from NASA and was told the flights are going higher than 60,000ft closer to
65,000ft so I just figured that 60,000 was as high a VRS could read.
