Microsoft.net Framework problem

I've started to have Microsoft.net Framework problems which end up with me being unable to shut down my PC except using the following:

Press Windows Key + R
2. Type "CMD" (without quotes) then press enter
3. Type "shutdown.exe -s" then press enter.

I have an SBS-1er, using Plane Plotter, AD Lite and Flight Display. Windows 7 64 bit version.

Error message .jpeg attached.

Any suggests what is going on here ?

Generic solutions which you may have already tried.

1. Try reinstalling Framework package via Microsoft Update
2. Use security scan to make sure that you're not infected with malware
3. Check that your RAM memory isn't damaged
4. Check that your hard drive is functioning okay
5. Rolling back any programs you may have installed that after you installed it/them you started noticing this problem.
6. Send what you've posted here to Microsoft's Win7 forum, you should get a quick reply

Hi Bethsalem,

I have tried Nos 1 to 4 that you suggested.

No 1 was the main suggestion on Windows 7 forum to correct this problem and I did a complete new install of Microsoft.Net Framework 4.

Problem still occurring.  Its seems to be either SQLite or Active Display Lite that is causing the problem.

I have reinstalled Active Display Lite but problem still there.  Strangely after I reinstall   Active Display Lite, the ADLite icon disappears from the taskbar permanently.

When I then uninstall Active Display Lite, the problem seems to have been resolved.

As I am running  SBS-1er, using Plane Plotter, Flight Display with my Windows 7 64 bit version, I'm not sure if I need to have Active Display Lite installed at all.

All very strange.

Wasn't sure whether to add to this thread or start afresh.

But it's a Microsoft.net Framework problems with AD Lite so here goes.

Similar error message but not tried shutting down the PC yet.

The problem was ModeS 43C451 transmitted Registration as:

MISC|Not Found.

This was too long to be accepted so the error popped up and halted AD Lite. Closed down AD Lite and then restarted it - same error when re-transmitted.

Looks like AD Lite doesn't check to see if "Registration" lies within the bounds of the program.
