First Squawks Not Being Logged in Reporter Bug

Here's another reported bug that hasn't had a response from Kinetic:

"Does anyone know why my first squawks aren't being logged when I view in reporter? This has only happened since installing v.159, and all the first squawks are all logged as zero."

And look at the date of the first report.  April 2011.

How many Basestation software releases have we had since then?

What's going on at Kinetic?  Surely we have every right to expect better customer support?
