US' refueling plane that crashed in Iraq had no parachutes, six soldiers lost their lives.

Something about this crash has raised Red Flags for myself. Why did this aircraft have 6 members on board. What were they doing that they might have impacted another aircraft. I hope this wasn't a photo opportunity between two plane gone bad. I look forward to the official report.
