API for VFR Charts

  I need development one web application for Air Control Traffic ACT to integrate with flight Simulator X, and I want know if someone could indicate me one API to do this or where can I buy the VFR charts.

  I need the South America Charts region, more specific the Brazil region.

  My reference that what I want is www.skyvetor.com
