Leeds Bradford Airport drop-off fee rise

Drivers of large vehicles face a 200% increase in the cost of dropping off and picking up at Leeds Bradford Airport.

The charge for anyone driving a vehicle with more than seven seats has risen from £2 to £6.

Taxi drivers said the increase could cripple their businesses.

An airport spokesman said the charges only applied to large vehicles and they now had a dedicated lane "with the space they need to operate safely".
