Do you have mobile data set to off on the phone?

Are you entering just the IP address or with a port number as well?  What does the browser screen show?

Data is off yes.

I just typed the addresses exactly as they show on my VRS screen

Anmer

So you just type the 192 IP address, no port number?

What does the browser screen show?

When you type that address in Chrome on your phone, what message do you see?

Thanks.

I'm back home and can confirm that I too cannot access VRS running on a desktop PC from other locally connected network devices, including a smart phone and Chromebook.

This seems to be a common issue posted on the VRS forum.  I can't see a solution but someone may know the answer.

I have disabled the firewall on the PC running VRS and it makes no difference.

Thanks for your help doesn't look like that option will work then

I'll have a look at some alternatives

Just a thought, does your VRS system have UPnP enabled only most routers don't make a very good job of managing it.
Does the indicator on your console show a port number for the network connection as in the attached image.
I am able to connect to my system through a couple of domains & every device internally accesses it fine too, plus I have VRS running in a virtual box on Hyper-V.

UPnP is ticked

Can you describe your VRS and router setup to enable access from local browsers?

So do you connect with 127.0.0.1, this won't work as it is the local loopback address. Try 192.x.x.x:8080, this will prove whether your UPnP is working correctly. In the image I attached, the port was auto assigned as I don't use UPnP.

My VRS is running on a Virtual Server2016 in Hyper-V.
The default port 80 for the web server is left as-is although you could change this in 'InstallerConfiguration.xml'.
My Router has a port-forwarding setting from port 8061->80 on 192.168.1.80
So access to my VRS becomes http://192.168.1.80:8061/VirtualRadar/ also http://xxxx.uk:8061/VirtualRadar/

This is of course with UPnP unchecked

The issue was firewall on McAfee once turned off the 'network address' works on any devices connected internally to my wifi

Still can't get the 'network address' to load up but I suspect that's because I have Flightaware and that also uses the same 86. address as VRS

dodsy1

I have the same issue with VRS and the 'internet address'

My Flightaware external address works perfectly on port 8080

VRS internet address on 8085 won't load I've ticked and unticked Enable UPnP

I've also opened port 8085 on my router but it still doesn't load
