Brand New To Hobby...Some Advice Needed!

Good Afternoon All!

As someone who works professionally in the aviation industry (I am a mechanic with Delta Airlines), I have been aware of this hobby for some time, but never more than a passing curiosity.  That was until I found Flightradar24 a couple of months ago.  I have finally decided to take the plunge and have an SBS-3 ordered that should be here this week. 

Now I was hoping I could tap into the accumulated brain trust here and get some recommendation for software to go with this fine piece of hardware.  I am interested in logging for my own reference as well as feeding the data to various services. 

I have a 50 megabit up connection here at home, am I able to feed data to multiple services simultaneously or do I have to pick just one?  And if I have to pick just one, which is the best in your opinion?
