Hi, I am running SBS3 version 178. Everything seems to be working ok including SDR's but when I tried to get in to "Display Settings.." a window box appears and goes in less then a second. After two attempts of trying to get the "Display Settings..." window box to appear BS freezes up and I have to go into the task manager to close BS down. I haven't had a reason to use "Display Settings..." for a while so I don't know how long it has been like this. All the other menues under "Settings" work ok. Anyone got any ideas what is causing this? I am running Window 7 using firmware 115.

Cheers

Is this happening if you close and re open Basestation?

Can you try renaming the sub-folder in the Basestation directory from OperatorFlags to OperatorFlagsOld.

Then start Basestation again and see if you get the same issue?

Thanks for your reply. BS itself opens and closes down ok. I have renamed OperatorFlags to OperatorFlagsOld and I can now open "Display Settings..." and all the tabs in it but I don't have any flags showing in BS now.

OK, I was trying to determine if there's a bad file in that folder which I suspect there is.

Can you run the BMPCHK file checker to try and identify the culprit?

Then delete the file and rename the folder back to its original name:

Ok I will try that.

For infomation I closed BS down and renamed OperatorFlagsOld back to its original name and this time BS would not open so I renamed them back again to OperatorFlagsOld and BS opened up

I Run BMPCHK and I had to delete 35 Operator flags but I had to delete all 365 BMPFlags. I updated my Operator and BMPFlags from Active Display last night but something didn't quite work out right there! BS is now opening and closing ok and I can access "Display Settings" ok.

Thanks for your help, at least I'll know what to do if I have the same problem again.
