That guy is Daft. Leave a Radio Scanner in the open and listen to air traffic and watching planes with his Bino.

It sure rings alarm bells.

In some countries, possession of a Radio Scanner is Illegal and can result in jail terms.

If he had connected a ear-phone and keep the radio scanner in his pocket - he would have enjoyed his hobby in the way he wanted.
