UAL B787 flights

Hi All, today is first flight for UAL124 as a B787 to LHR. According to FR24 is scheduled at 09:40 but actually due at 12:30. Not too good for first run.
N26902 is shown as being on the flight.

Airline route on twitter says the delay is due to an aircraft change??

Didnt say whether it was like for like or to another Type???

Reported as being N45905, still a B787

N26902 is being reported by FR24 and Planefinder, hex A2A2DF.

Approaching Ireland now:
