Stupid Idea

1) Sorry for my bad english...
2) Ok i have an very Stupid idea maybe its possible to solve it wit an out of the box  Software.
I want to record/ share an IP Cam Stream when an Airplaine cross my Home. I live next to an Airport and some Flight are very low.
I could get the position via ADSB and an Motion Detection Application can detect the Aircraft.
On the internet i found and "cheap" Logitec HD Cam for ~80€  .
