Airbus' Airline Appeal For Wider Plane Seats.

Airbus says the aviation industry should widen seats for all long-haul aircraft and not scrimp on passenger comfort. Relief could be on the way for passengers crammed into narrow seats on planes. Aircraft manufacturer Airbus is calling on the aviation industry to set a minimum seat width of 18 inches for long-haul aircraft.

Totally agree on wider seat for trips over 8 hours. had some poor room back in the 80's when travelling to South Africa, the worst airline for space was BA
