Good evening , I have downloaded the cd rom file and it starts to download and a message comes up 'error' 1309.reading from file c\ users\appdata\local\\temp\temp1_basestation.The dell mini does not have a cd player so download only.

Do you get that message during the download process or afterwards?

Are you "saving" the Zip file to your Dell hard drive?

I have just tried to download the "BaseStation_184 CD" file using Chrome from the Kinetic website and the download failed to complete correctly on the first two attempts.

On the third attempt it downloaded OK.

Make sure you see the correct file name in the download folder:

BaseStation-1-2-4-184-CDROM.zip
