Hex 400901

Saw #400901 today out of MAN. BS showed it as G-WWBM, AD Lite shows it as G-WWBM.

Only when I checked it on Airframes.org did I find it seems to be G-CHTZ.

Online photos confirm the new registration.

Is it usual for a change of UK registration to keep the same hex code?

Hi. The CAA assigns a hex code to an airframe. So if it changes its G- registration it keeps the same code. If it goes off the UK register it will get allocated a new hex code by the new country. If it returns to the UK it will have the same code it had until it left.
