Just a little rant.

The latest changes to Yahoo! Groups have left me even more frustrated.

I long for the day when PP has it's own forum and moves away from the ever more difficult to use Yahoo! platform.

End of rant.

Totally agree Keef, our very own Anmer posted a similar request on the PP group and was lambasted by a hard core of those who refuse to see the benefits of moving away from a purely text based system.

One of the administrators on the PP group even said he would never use a proper forum structure - like this - due to the security risks to his PC's.  ::)

+1    Forum engines are safe enough and way easier to use.

Risk to his PCs? Why not run a forum on a remote server?

I've given up with trying to read Yahoo Groups. Seems like I read a thread (why does it show first and last by default and make it difficult to read the rest?) and end up back at the top of the list. Scroll down and repeat ad infinitum.

RTL1090 is also on Yahoo Groups so any useful information of that or PP is lost to me.

Anmer

Don't get me going on the PP Yahoo Groups "forum".

I was always told to try and see things from the other person's viewpoint, especially the customer's.

But whenever I've suggested things could be improved, I've received some unwarranted emails from the PP "crew".

PP is a great product which would benefit from improved usability and support, including a "proper" forum with customer friendly features.
