How does one add a mode-S code  to an existing .sqb?  I don't want to wait until a new hex is detected by my machine as I'd like to be alerted to their presence upon first detection (Interested flag and UserTag).

I can delete them, using sqlite database browser, required after I stupidly uploaded D-AAAA to D-CZZZ once upon a time, but the sql command INSERT INTO doesn't seem to have any effect on my .sqb.  Maybe this is by design but the old GAS utility used to manage it so I am clearly being rather thick here.

Any suggestions gratefully received (I promise to donate!) and apols if it's clearly on the forum already but if it is, I can't see it!

cheers
Ian

I still use SBS Populate - OK you can't do a 'GAS  Load' any longer but for manual additions and corrections it's perfect.

Alternatively you could look at SQLite Expert Personal (it's free)

Ta, I'll have a look at SBS Populate....rings a bell!  I think, as a casual user, you get things in a fit state for normal ops, then a year or two later can't actually remember how you got there!

I also populate my current BS-sqb with ADlite (free) from GAS.. That has a single populate/update button..
