Problem with AD pro Not populating

Hello,

I have been away for a while and have had HD failure anyway I purchased a new AD license after mine had expired . So I download the software installed it but for some reason it is not populating. I have uninstalled it and tried to reinstall but still no joy, Does any kind sole have an idea as to what the problem might be,

Windows 7 enterprise 32bit
basestation sbs1 latest release
planeplotter
everything is working fine apart from AD not populating?

Is AD "mapped" to your active Basestation.sqb file?

If you mean pointed to the right Directory by being "Mapped"
then yes it is.

Which folder/directory is it pointing to?

c:\kinetic\basestation.

Is that where you reinstalled Basestation?

And did you do a fresh AD install or did you restore the failed HD files from a backup?

Good Morning ,

I have just returned from Indonesia and have just learned of Gary's passing away.
Firstly a really nice chap, who always was able to help.
He will be greatly missed.
My problem is the following :-
I have just got a new Samsun aitv laptop.
I have installed sbs as usual.
Installed AD as normal.
However it is not recognising the sqb file.
I installed basestation cd as a download.
I have had this before.Maybe I  have to install again.
