Muliple alerts when aircraft entering or exiting my range

Hi guys,
I am using Planeplotter and FlightDisplay to send me email alerts.

When an aircraft enters my range it flickrs In and out of range for 1-2 minutes.
and the same happens when it exits the range or is on the ground.

In the worst cases I get over 10 alerts for a shoert period of time,  telling my that an interesting aircraft is in range.

I was wondering if there was a way to force PP or FD to only send me one message per contanct.

I was using BLAT with PP and I had the same issue as I have with FD
