Your email client should open the message.  What do you use to view incoming messages?

Unsure what you mean Mike I run Vista so what ever that does or is that to simple?This E mail is readable after a fashion but is overwhelmed by `gobbledegook`

To read a message you must be using an email client or service.

I'm guessing your using a webmail service?  Is it Yahoo or Google Mail or something similar?

I assume it's not Outlook on your desktop?

When you go to view the message what do you get (an error message)?

Is it from a known sender?

No error message,it contains tech jargon about headers,fonts, metas,table width etc.etc.
It is a first time message from a company I have no reason to mistrust confirming delivery details on a delivery date
If I scroll down far enough the content text of the message is readable,just.
