my impression is - stopp dreaming of the perfect "Ultimate Hyper-Gainer" - it will never come.
And No use waiting for a next HAM-Fair , Electronica Fair or bargain.

Consider what you have reviewed so far and do not hesitate to buy the one of your choice now.
Be happy with it and then look if (at all) there is something better.

Best regards

There's no such thing as a perfect antenna. The antenna installation plays a big part too - how high is it, what length of feeder cable is needed, what type of feeder cable is used, is it surrounded by buildings/trees/mountains, etc, etc...

As Truetrack says...choose one and buy now and see how you get on. The item suggested by Anmer appears to be good value for money.

You have choosen a well known product and that is a dedicated Single Freq Antenna.
So use that with a straight downlead and see how good that works.
Only assuming there might be interference I would not install any filter.
Bear in mind that any gadget between antenna and receiver with the connectors fore and aft
means slightly degrading.
In case there actually is some interference you have to determine what/wherefrom anyway
and then how to avoid.
