SBS 3 and MMS2 Client??

I have not been following the forum for a while but recently changed my antenna set-up and both my SBS1eR and SBS3 work fine Data sharing with MMS2 Client/SBS3  is not possible at least I can't get it to work.
It works flawless with SBS1 eR.
Di I need the flight radar client to use with SBS3 any pointers would be most welcome

SBS1Client will work with any SBS.

How do you connect to the SBS-1er and SBS-3?  Ethernet or USB?

Hi Mike,

Ethernet for both, you may recall you offered to look into this issue before with team viewer.

By SBS units are in the loft  SBS1eR has no problem at all with the MMS client the SBS3 however will work fine without the MMS client but with it in I can get as far as the stage that BS will state connected to SBS3 but display remains empty so either I have the wrong ports set -up I have tried lots of different combinations but to no avail.
The problem is that the set-up manual for MMS is somewhat ambiguous when you look at the port settings as they are different in the pics from what is described and it could do with a picture of the SBS3 non volatile memory settings window as this is not present on a SBS1.
To summarize: I have working SBS 1 and SBS3 both using ethernet but only manage data sharing with SBS1ER never with SBS3
PS the SBS3 has a different IP and Port compared to SBS1

For Ethernet, the SBS1 Client connects to an SBS receiver using the IP address of the receiver.  BaseStation then connects to SBS1 Client using the IP address of the PC running SBS1 Client.

Check you're using the SBS-3 IP address.

Yes and checked but although BS states SBS3 connected it shows no aircraft however. Checking MMS website does show my node as up.
The only thing which could be different is what port settings should i Use? I am free to set any port (as well as IP address) in non volatile memory window? But which ports should be in the MMS client (apart from the login details/port) on the right is a port number under the connected servers section)
And the hardware setting window which has IP of the PC running BS confirmed by checking ifconfig in terminal and port?

PS I appreciate your time and it works perfectly with sbs -1 but the sbs -3 has me stumped

Success! but don't ask why......... removing the radio pass through tick in MMS client proved to be successful BS connects to MMS client ( although strangely stating connected to SBS-1) and aircraft are visible.
To check I enabled the passthrough checkbox and sure enough BS shows connected to SBS-3......BUT no aircraft on the screen.
Last twist: Both scenarios above show aircraft  from my receiver on the MMS website but at last I can use the SBS-3 with filesharing but no radio and I also note BS thinks it is talking to a SBS-1 because the non volatile memory setting is not visible.

And no: I do not have my SBS-1 powered up as well
