How do I change the Tuning steps on the SBS3 SDR?

Anmer

I'm away from home at the moment but I think it's explained in the Reference Manual.

Hi,

There are no 'Tuning Steps' when talking about SBS-3 / Basestation and the SDRs.
There is no 'scanning' facility which is where you would want to normally define a tuning step. With the SBS-3 you set the 6 channels to whatever frequency you want (within the 8MHz) bandwith of the A or B tuner.

Ok thats what I thought.
I am trying to tune our baby listener on 49.86 or 49.89 but the steps won't let me do it.
So its a bit carp....  :(

As acarslogger has explained, the SBS-3 doesn't scan between ranges.  But it has two SDR tuners, each of which can be tuned to any frequency within the SDR tuner's frequency span of 8 MHz.  Each tuner can be set between 27 and 980 MHz.

The BaseStation Reference Manual explains this in great detail from page 64 onwards.

Therefore, you should be able to tune into your baby listener on both 49.86 and 49.89 MHz.
