You only need these three files.  Make sure the sqb is your backed up one.

Yes these are the 3 files I have. How do I ensure sqb is backed up?

What I'm suggesting is that you copy to this temp folder the sqb file that you say you had backed up before you did your reinstall.  We need to check that the sqb file you're now using is the same as the one you originally backed up with the OperatorFlagCode fields populated.

Really appreciate your help, thank you. I have copied .sqb file into temp folder and opened up reporter ok but no logos showing in there. I've also tried the sqb file from x86 program files and same outcome. Really confused now, it appears I've lost my original back up. What is the best way to get a pre-populated file into the correct place to rectify the situation as I'll be manually entering codes forever?

Where are your backed up files - USB drive or other portable drive?

I'd do a global search for all files with the extension .sqb.  You might find your original one.

You could use an sql command to set the OpweratorFlagCodes for known operators if you have that field populated.

Already tried searching to no avail, the files were copied by someone who replaced my old hard drive for a new SSD so will be on old drive but can't get into it easily.

Is using an sql command easily done?

Hi Anmer. I have located my original backed up folders & files as they are in a folder on my PC (the guy who did this for me just told me, he used my SSD in PC to copy old laptop drive). I can extract the relevant files but I don't know if the sqb. file in Program Files or Program Files x86 is the one to get?

Anmer

The sqb file you need to copy is the largest one.

Not knowing your install path on the old PC, I'm not sure which was active.

What may help is to replace the one in the temp folder and take a look at it, using the same procedure I suggested earlier.

They are both exactly the same size:-)

In a defult install for Vista onwards, the active sqb file is in the Virtual Store and grows in size as records are added by BaseStation.

All I can suggest is you view each sqb file as recommended earlier.
