I have obtained a kinetic SBS-3 but no software!

My question which software would I use best? have read that there are two receivers for 1090MHz and for the VHF / UHF pneumatic tire.
have looked on the Internet but have not yet found something for the VHF / UHF pneumatic tire.

If you download the BaseStation_184 CD from the link provided, it includes a Reference Manual that explains how to use the VHF/UHF receiver of the SBS-3.

Do you not get the manual if you download it from elsewhere? Can you download just the manual?
