Just joined the site. I'm using SBS 3 and also PP. I am able to pick up signals from military aircraft but am not able to plot them. What am I doing wrong please???? In the last few days I've picked up signals from Hawks, Typhoons, C5's, C17's, KC135's and several other foreign military aircraft. Was wondering what I need to do to plot them on the map. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.

You will not see aircraft on your sbs3. you will only have them in view on list.

Plane plotter will show them. Click on the green spanner then onto Match. then enter the hex code as 43C200 In capitols and add hex.

Contact John on the pp forum stating you want MU/GS activating and all will be displayed.

Welcome to the forum..

As stated on another link here by Anmer, there would also seem to be PP server issues this weekend.. don't know if there is any thing that could have a link to your probs..?

Welcome.

One of our members is setting up a Welsh MLAT server to plot military aircraft that don't send positional data.

I've alerted him to your post and he may get in touch.

Read the What's Radarspotting? Guide to read more about non-plotting aircraft.
