Is there a way to reset the SBS3 so it is at default factory settings, as supplied new?

Anmer

Do you mean the SBS-3 receiver or BaseStation software?

I mean the receiver itself.
Does it not store changes to IP address etc.??

Sounds like you might need the EM Utility - Anmer is your man for that.

I needed to reset the IP address of my SBS1eR (2nd hand) to the default 192.168.1.170 and it worked perfectly.

How are you changing the IP address?  Check page 93 of the Reference Manual.

If the address is different to your LAN range, you can connect using USB cable and then change the address.

Thanks again.
SBS3 already gone to new (happy)owner, but does live nearby if any issues arise.
