Good afternoon ,
I am having problems activating my AD on my dell mini.
Every time I go to open the display it asks for my address and license details.
When I put all the details in a message comes up as timer has run out and run time on license 272 !!
I usually use this device when I travel and have not been able to use AD at all.
I can run AD on a different device at home.
So perhaps do I only need one license on one or more device?
I have not had this problem before so any help would be appreciated.
The license no was purchased in March this year.

From memory, one can use AD on up to two PCs.  If you subsequently installed it on a third PC, one had to contact Gary Jones to release one of the other "sessions".

You could try contacting AD Support and maybe get a response?

Good day ,
I just tried again and had a message
"failed to validate request because the time between server and client is not synchronized.Difference in time is > 7267"
Very strange.Gary would have been straight on the problem bless him.
I have no contact details for AD any help would be appreciated.

Just went on the GAS website and found this address:

I'm surprised that AD is still being sold on the site since there are many known issues that can't be rectified.

So one would suggest that Gary is well missed in this particular field perhaps.
I had many a delightful conversation with him.

Just a gentle reminder,

that I sent a similar request to AD on the 27th July this year and have seen no reply whats so ever.
Not very good, particularly when asking for funds for a license and not having the decency to reply.
