Good morning, Gentlemen.

My laptop has recently expired so my SBS-1 is now running on my PC.

I set up the software on the PC some time ago in preparation for this eventuality, but I can't for the life of me find out how to show my home location.

It's probably blatantly obvious, but I'm somewhat rusty having let the thing run for years without intervention.

Help will be gratefully received.

Have you tried.. in basestation
settings-location manager- and the choice of location ?

Thanks, Smudger.

Unfortunately that doesn't do the trick  I've only my home location set up and the display centres on that.

Somewhere, I'm sure there's a box to tick. If only I could find it.

Thanks for taking the time and trouble to post.

Try

Settings | Display Settings | Display Parameters - Draw Location Waypoints.

Thanks, Keef.

Unfortunately, that suggestion doesn't bear fruit either.

Bit of a head scratcher, this one.

Try
Settings/ Display settings and the the data files tab and tick some of the boxes

Thanks, Ian.

All boxes pertinent to the UK are already ticked so I'm afraid it's a 'no go' there as well.

Just to add to Ian's suggestion (and to my own earlier).

As well as setting the 'Draw Location Waypoints' tick box you need to enable it in Waypoints as follows:

Settings | Display Settings | Waypoints -  Location

Just a thought, is your Lat & Long in the Locations Manager correct ? they should be in decimal degrees

Bingo, Keef!

Thank you, good sir! Unfortunately you're three days too late for the New Year's Honours, but I'll have a word with HMQ to see what we can do about the Birthday List.

All is well in every respect!
