PP flagging up NTP errors on my setup.

I keep getting a pop up from PP warning my clock is incorrect.

I've checked and my clock is okay and NTP is running and locked.
I've posted on the Yahoo! group and Bev confirmed my clock is good and suggested a momentary outage but my router logs show no problems.

Anyone else having the same problem?

PP and NTP working together just fine here.

Happens occasionally. NTP Monitor confirms time is locked to NTP server.

Warning goes away after a few minutes so I ignore it.

Keef

Ta for the info chaps, no idea why my setup is throwing the alarm.

The warning on my machine doesn't go away, I have to restart PP.

I guess if it keeps happening I'll just stop running PP for a few weeks as the pop-up can't be closed.

Yes, same happens here regularly.  Popup won't go away, so have to restart PP.  NTP is running okay, all synced.  Is there a way to turn off this annoying popup?

Is this only happening on windows 10 or all operating systems

I'm using 64 bit Win7 - pop up goes away after a while.

Keef

I'm running Win 10 Pro 64-bit.

Since the little flurry of false alarms over a few days I've not had another warning message.

I don't believe there is a way to prevent the pop-up as it is meant to force PP users in to correcting problems with their set-up.

Obviously when the fault lies with PP then it is annoying for the user, probably not something considered when designing the pop-up!

Cheers,

Keef.
