That's your public or WAN IP address.

Your devices will have a local IP address, usually assigned by the router.

If your computer is running Windows, try this:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/find-computers-ip-address#1TC=windows-7

That's the IP address that WiFi Watcher reported.  So it was you after all, watching yourself type   8)
