Chrome Data Saver

Hi,

Thanks to Richard for discovering that the "Data Saver" feature on the Chrome browser, stops the tests in "PlanePlotter..Help..Test networking.." from working.

If the "Data saver" option is enabled, web pages are passed through a Google proxy server and so the PlanePlotter sees test requests coming from the wrong IP address.

If you want to perform the networking tests in PlanePlotter and you use Chrome, turn off the "Data saver" option.
