How to disable TCAS alerts?

Hi

I have a few planes generating TCAS alerts often. They are passing me every day. It is becoming quite annoying to hear this sound often.
I really can't figure out how I can disable this feature?

Right click the speaker on the taskbar open volume mixer and slide down the offending volume control.

Alert and Mlat sounds

By default, any new Alert causes a sound like a jet aircraft passing, to be played . No sounds are played for Multilateration results, by default. You can change the sounds played for an Alert, a successful Mlat or a failed Mlat, using the Window Control Panel, in the Sounds section. You will find an entry for PlanePlotter and you can define any standard Windows sound or any other wave file of your choice, for each of the three event. You can also set the defined sound to "None", if you do not wish to hear any such sounds.

To enable or disable alert warnings generated when an aircraft enters the current Alert zone, if any, select Options..Chart..Options (or the spanner toolbar button) and check or uncheck the appropriate option.

Great, thanks! I never thought about PP having it's own entry in the windows sound settings :-)

Wonder though why I get those TCAS alerts from a few specific planes, even when they are far away (>150nm, so it could not be overloading the receiver when they are on top of me)?
