Equitorial black hole

I have been asked a couple of times this week what I know about an issue with an Equitorial Black Hole problem that has been reported on here.
Either I am being dumb or blind I can see no reference to it at all can some one point me in the right direction

It's a long standing Radarbox bug where aircraft become "invisible" flying in equatorial regions.

DaveReid is the expert on the RadarBox "equatorial black hole".  A "bug" that AirNav refuses to acknowledge even exists.
