MSVCR80.dll

This problem affects AD and Virtual Radar. I had a problem with my computer which was caused by WIN10. I had the computer looked at and is now working ok, it was not a virus by the way. Anyway I am getting a message "MSVCR80.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error"

This message came up when WIN10 went a bit funny but stills comes up now, anybody got any ideas how I can get MSVCR80.dll and get AD and VR up and running again!
